Day 13: So far, today is another great day. Doses of her medication are slowly reducing, fewer tubes, resting better and best part...mom is continuing to swallow and enjoys drinking room temperature water. Overall feistiness (sp?) improving!
We're all being kicked out from 3-5pm so she has mandatory quiet time. :) We all just want to be with her, even just to watch her sleep.
Now with Boise are Don, Clay (son), Stacy (daughter), Jo and Layne (sisters from Oregon).
Thank you for your continued prayers as our special Boise continues to defy the odds and show us all that miracles can happen.
Overwhelming good news for the morning!! Indeed, Boise will continue to defy all odds, that is simply who she is!

ReplyDeleteAlan & I are so happy to hear the progress. It is good that so many family members are there for her to see. It is very important not only for Boise but also for the family members. It is hard to sit by and watch and feel helpless and what is coming next. The family circle is a very good stronghold that helps Boise do what she needs to do to be back to us all.

Boies, et al: Been following your great adventure. Just figured out how to communicate with you. Jim and I love your spirit and we are overjoyed at your progress. Cards seen to get lost (according to your darling Don) so instead, lets play the remember game. Remember when we tore the top off one of So Coast Plaza's trucks by entering the parking structure by the wrong entrance. So much to remember!!!
